High Dimensional Workflow: Cell Trajectory
In this webinar we will describe a workflow for analyzing high-dimensional data to understand cell trajectory. This workflow beings with cleaning up the data with FlowAI, then identifies populations of cells in a non-biased manner, using both Phenograph and X-Shift. A critical step in a high-dimensional workflow is assessing the quality of clustering results. We will use Euclid, Correlate and Mist to delve into the clustering outputs. We will visualize the data at all steps of the workflow using Tri-Map to represent high-dimensional populations on a 2D plot and illustrate clusters based on all of these parameters. Finally we will annotate the results using the Violin and BoxPlot plugin.
